We learned a lot from the Client Center that had been in use for the past few years. Requests from clients and internal goals left us with a list of wants and needs. The original Client Center front-end was built on AngularJS and with support for that version of Angular disappearing, we decided to completely start over with Angular 7, use a new design, and building out the features we had on our list. In the rebuild of the new platform, we focused even more on mobile user experience.
The launch went extremely smoothly and has had a lot of positive feedback from Financial Symmetry’s clients.
